We provide 3 year warranty for lighting fixtures with safety mark logo and 1 year warranty for all other lighting fixtures, unless otherwise stated.
If the item is defective within the warranty period, we'll require the original receipt for proof of purchase when you contact us. We reserve the right to repair the items(s) or provide an exchange with an item of similar value in the event of stock unavailability.
For avoidance of doubt, the warranty does not apply to defective items resulting from misuse, wear & tear, incorrect installation, damage caused by third-party installers and damage after delivery was made.

Yes, with a minimum spend of S$200 you can enjoy free delivery. Otherwise, a delivery fee of S$30 applies.
Do note that delivery will only be made to addresses within Singapore, with the exception of offshore islands and restricted zones*. You also have the option of self-collection by scheduling an appointment with us here to pick up your items.
* These include but are not limited to: airports, power stations, military camps, border checkpoints, key government buildings.
We perform deliveries to most areas in Singapore from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). The estimated delivery time for your delivery depends on the area that your delivery address is located, and is subject to traffic and weather conditions.
The delivery date that you have chosen only serve as an indication of your preferred delivery timing. We strive to keep to your preferred date, but on rare occasions, the date/time may be subjected to change due to scheduling constraints.
A SMS notification will be sent to you with your confirmed delivery timing one (1) business day before your delivery. We will ensure that the best effort is made to schedule your delivery within your preferred time slot.
Should we face difficulties in fulfilling your order within your preferred timing, you will be contacted one (1) business day before your preferred date of delivery to notify you of any change to the preferred date or time that you have chosen.
For deliveries to private properties, especially for condominiums, please check with your property management on their bulky item delivery regulations and necessary paperwork (if required) for us to perform the delivery on your preferred date and time. You may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and address should you discover a need for such arrangements to be made, so as to prevent any disappointment on the day of delivery.
Do ensure that the elevator(s) in your building are serviceable and provide suitable access to the same level for the delivery of your order items. In the event that your order items are unable to fit into the elevator(s) and have to be delivered via staircase, additional charges per item will apply. For more details, click here.
Please contact us here to schedule for a re-delivery or arrange to self-collect your items from us. However, do note that a re-delivery fee of S$30 applies if you choose to have your items delivered again.
If we are unable to send your order items to your location via elevator at the point of delivery (e.g. items unable to fit into elevator, elevator unserviceable, refusal of elevator access by building management, etc.) We will assess (at our own discretion) the feasibility of the items being carried up the staircase in a non-hazardous manner. If it is deemed hazardous, we reserve the right not to proceed with the delivery and refund you with any payments that you have already made.
Should delivery via staircase be deemed safe, additional charges per item will apply as follows:
First non-lift accessible storey is free of charge (e.g. delivery from ground floor to second floor is free)
Additional S$10 per item transported to a subsequent non-lift accessible storey
Note that delivery surcharges paid are not refundable.
Goods sold are non-refundable but exchangeable. You can choose to return your item within 30 days from the date of purchase for a one-time exchange, as long as the item is in its original condition and you have a valid proof of purchase. For more information, see our return policy.
