Lumens measure the brightness of a bulb, while watts measure its energy consumption. In simpler terms, lumens tell you how bright the light will be, and watts indicate how much energy the bulb uses.

Color temperature, measured in degrees Kelvin (K), determines the color appearance of the light. Lower temperatures, around 2700K, create a warmer ambiance, while higher temperatures, around 5000K, produce cooler light.

Light design and brightness preferences vary from person to person. We recommend visiting our showroom to experience how our lights fill the space before making a decision. This allows you to see firsthand how different lighting options suit your needs and preferences.

Warranty Coverage
  • Magnetic Track System: This product is covered by a warranty for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
  • Other Products: All other products are covered by a warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.


If the item is defective within the warranty period, we’ll require the original receipt for proof of purchase when you contact us. We reserve the right to repair the items(s) or provide an exchange with an item of similar value in the event of stock unavailability.

For avoidance of doubt, the warranty does not apply to defective items resulting from misuse, wear & tear, incorrect installation, damage caused by third-party installers and damage after delivery was made.
